Here We Go!

Well, word’s out! Last year, at the Liberty Christian School Auction, we did a paddle drop at the end of the evening to add something fun. I volunteered to spend 1 hr. on the roof of the school for every $200 donated to LCS. I SPENT 42 HOURS ON THE ROOF!!!

This year, I’ve decided on something crazier…

Combining my love of the students at Liberty and my passion for cycling, I have entered the Cross Washington Mountain bike Race- the XWA. Another grandparent of a student at LCS, Jeff, will be joining me.

I’m also excited to announce that one of our students who also loves cycling, Cam, will be joining us at about the halfway point and cycle the eastern part of the state with us.

• Mr. Cochran, Jeff DeGraff, and Cam will be part of the 2025 Cross Washington Mountain Bike Race
• 730 miles on mountain biking racing from the Pacific Coast, through the Olympics, Cascades, Columbia Gorge, the Palouse and all the way to the Idaho Border
• Goal of 75 miles per day of pedaling- finishing in under 10 days
• AUDACIOUS FUNDRAISING GOAL of $100 per mile in pledges and donations – $73,000 for LCS!!!
